In 1984 one of the best video games ever created was developed by Shigeru Miyamoto for the Nintendo Entertainment System. That’s right, I’m talking about ExciteBike!

ExciteBike included a count down to gate drop, if you twisted the turbo throttle too long the bike over heated, and you could take other riders out by clipping their front wheel. Not far off from the real thing.

We crammed a time lapse of Monster Energy Supercross Round 1 250SX Main into 3 minutes. Then paired it with the sounds of ExciteBike and bang! You have Real Life ExciteBike.

For those youngsters who have never played ExciteBike, watch the clip below, seek out a NES, and pick up an ExciteBike cartridge immediately.
